Awnings are designed for use during fair weather, not for during heavy rain, windy conditions or any other precipitation. Accordingly, awnings should be retracted fully during this kind of weather.
Shutters have a manufacturers guarantee of 5 years from the date of installation in respect of defective workmanship and materials, but no further or otherwise and such an indemnity shall be subject to normal maintenance and recommended usage by the customer. Shutters with a Paint Finish come with a 5-year limited warranty on colour fastness of paints. Due to manufacturing, natural variations in colour, grain and texture in these products, we are not able to guarantee exact matches to samples, nor are we able to guarantee exact matches on subsequent orders.
Security Doors - The guarantee is dependent on the manufacturer of the door. The majority of Security Doors are guaranteed for 5 years from the date of installation.
Any resale or other transfer of the product and/or materials voids this warranty.
This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other obligations, liabilities or warranties. In no event shall Products be liable for incidental or consequential damages, or for any expense associated with such damages. Repair or remakes of defective products is the sole remedy under this warranty and in no event shall Coco Blinds be liable for costs to remove and/or reinstall a product that they have not originally fitted.
This warranty does not cover any condition of or damage to the product or window, from unauthorized repairs, accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, act of God, motorised devices, wear and tear or failure to follow our instructions with respect to measurement, installations, cleaning or maintenance. Improper, inappropriate or unauthorized replacement parts, repairs or maintenance voids this warranty. All other warranties, both express and implied, are expressly disclaimed. This warranty excludes all liability for consequential or incidental damages for any cause whatsoever.
During the initial 12 months the guarantee is fully inclusive, and from then on there is a nominal call out charge per service required.
